I wanted to give everyone a run down on the C Handlers Match we put on at the Volusia County Fair Grounds in conjunction with the Dog Shows there.

I'd like to thank the Daytona Dog Fanciers for the free advertising in the Premium List & the free use of the Rings in the Townsend Bldg. for the Match...without this gift we would not have the Match!!!

I would also like to Thank our Judges, John Mello & Caroline Bowers, for taking the time to share their knowledge with the handlers that entered the Match.

We had 7 Handlers compete for Best In Match & a variety of dogs from an Akita to a Border Terrier!!!! Also in the line up were a Chinese Crested, a wire dachshund, Saluki,& Rhodesian Ridgeback.

Our 4 Metal Winners were:

1. Lynda Bogart- Chinese Crested
2. Brandi Schmid-Border Terrier
3. Jessica Porcharik-Saluki (Best in Match)
4. Troy Siegel- Akita

Our Judges did a Great Job of improving the handlers presentation & I feel everyone received a PEARL to help them become better handlers.
