Thank you for your interest in the Orange Blossom Owner Handlers Association of Florida. Our organization was formed in 1999 as a Chapter of The Owner Handler Association of America, Inc. We are a group of committed owner-handlers who have joined together to offer support, training, and advice to all owner handlers throughout Florida.
